Pregnancy Massage: Pregnancy massage is massage therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. It is also called pre-natal massage.  Proper positioning of the mother's body and working with the aching areas that pregancy brings, will leave mom feeling rested and relaxed.   We also recommend post partum massage to assist mom into getting back in shape!

Sports Massage:  Sports massage should be a regular part of every athlete's training program.  Athletes have different massage needs at different times.  There are 3 basic categories: Pre-event, Post-event and Training.  It also helps in rehabilitation and is recommended as a vital tool for keeping athletes primed for top performance and even lengthening careers.  This massage will help relieve the tight and sore muscles of the athlete and have you feeling newly energetic and revitalized!

Reflexology:  Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body.  It is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on those areas to relieve stress and tension, improve blood supply and promote the unblocking of nerve impulses.   This is such a fantastic foot or hand massage that leaves you feeling truly relaxed and rejuvenated.

Deep Tissue Massage:  This a massage that most people confuse with therapeutic massage.  Therapeutic massage deeper pressure than swedish massage, however Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper tissues of the muscles and connective tissue.  This truly deep massage is to relieve adhesions due to muscle tension or injury for those who are very active athletes or weight lifters/bodybuilders.

Reiki:  A gentle, restorative practice originating in Japan that promotes the well-being and optimal functioning of the whole person.  The practitioner focuses on various parts of the body, activating the body's own natural ability to heat itself.  There is no massage or physical manipulation, the receiver remains fully clothed.
