Privacy policy: TMBP will not share or sell your personal information to anyone. We abide by the HIPAA laws and all of your information will be kept confidential.
Licensure: NJ licensure requirements have not yet been made available. However, our therapists have all graduated from accredited massage therapy schools and have received 500 plus hours of training. Once NJ has licensure procedures in place, our therapists will be required to apply for licensing.
Policy for In-Home Services:
Payment for all services must be made prior to the arranged appointment. If you will be providing at tip at the end of your session, please ensure you have the exact amount you wish to tip the therapist. The therapist will not have cash available at the appointment.
We accept either cash, check or credit card via PayPal (clicking the gift certificate button on the website) or by phone. There will be a $25.00 service fee on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Tips will not be accepted on credit cards.
All services will be charged a 7% tax required by the State of NJ.
Security for our Therapists: For security reasons, our therapists will be required to make several phone calls to the office at specific times. Please do not be offended. These procedures are in place for their safety. They will not interrupt your session. If these phone calls are not made, we will contact the local police immediately.
